While AMOA does not set policy for
the coin-operated amusement industry, we have developed,
or worked with others to develop, certain guidelines
pertaining to professional business practices.
We encourage our members, as well
as others in the industry, to include these guidelines
in their daily business dealings.
Incredible Technologies head, Elaine Hodgson, signs the AMOA Information Privacy & Security Agreement with Mike Leonard in 2001. Representatives of the PRO's -- ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC -- join AMOA leaders after signing the Jukebox Licensing Agreement in December 2001. RIAA representative, Don Valdez, discusses music piracy with the 2003 Council of Affiliated States group. Shortly after that meeting, AMOA released its Music Pracy Policy. John Margold of Rowe International inks the AMOA Information Privacy & Security Agreement at the 2004 Annual Meeting. Glenn Streeter and John Schultz of Rock-Ola Manufacturing also signed the agreement, bringing to 10 the number of companies who have endorsed this policy.
