Our service personnel are extremely knowledgeable. To stay current on trends and technological changes within the the fast-moving coin-op and gaming industries, they regularly attend trade-shows and continuously grow their skills in order to better serve our customers.

We maintain close relationships with manufacturers of all types of amusement equipment. We do this to stay abreast of the latest technologies so that our locations’ patrons will keep returning to play the games at our locations.

Preferred Amusements has been in business since 2005. In this short period of time, we have grown to become the largest amusement operator in the Greater Baton Rouge area. We also have a strong presence in the Parishes surrounding Baton Rouge.

Mike Tubre

Our sister company, Preferred Gaming, operates Video Poker games; taking care of our customers needs in the Parishes where the games are approved for use.

In addition to the customary amusement route services, Preferred provides a number of add-on services, at no charge, to certain locations for such things as locksmith work. For example, we will send our technician to re-key locks, in your location, if keys are lost or if you should need to release an employee. We will also loan your location a safe if we deem it necessary for security reasons; changing safe combinations when necessary.

Preferred will provide change for your location on the day we collect, saving your customer a trip to the bank to break large bills. Our collectors carry pre-rolled quarters so that you are never left with loose or hand rolled coins. We will assist when change is needed for special events or at times, such as on a holiday, when the banks are closed.

Ready to Rumble!

We place dollar bill acceptors on our amusement equipment because we don’t want to limit your customers to using only one type of currency. Remember, a coin changer provides no revenue and takes up space that can be used for yet another machine. We will assist or run promotional events and/or tournaments, at no charge, in your location. Our service hours are from 8:00 a.m. until the close of your business day and there is always someone knowledgeable on call, not just an answering service.
