Schedule Change for next Notre Dame Class
The AMOA Management Development Program conducted at the University of Notre Dame continues to evolve. In the coin-op world, this initiative has no rival as a continuing education offering. Since its inception in 1972, the industry-specific curriculum has enhanced the professional growth of hundreds of owners and managers in the trade.
Currently, a new group — Class XVI — is being formed. Set to start up this fall, this group will be the first to utilize a new schedule that was recently created by the AMOA Notre Dame Program and Continuing Education Committee and approved by the association's leadership.
Starting with the next class, the program will now span four weekend sessions, a reduction of one weekend from the current five weekend configuration.
By reducing the number of sessions by 20 percent per class, the thinking is it will not only decrease the time the student/attendees must travel and be away from home and work, it will lower the total investment as well.
The emphasis of the program continues to be on a high-quality curriculum, supported by strong networking and interaction — both in and outside the classroom.
